		<description>The norm for homeowners policies is, the policy will cover a problem if it was damage that caused it. If the hole developed from  &quot;wear and tear&quot; or just &quot;age rust&quot; then most likely, it will not be covered.

		<description>No it does not, unless you specified it somehow in the time you created your policy. You need someone to drain the tank, clean it and weld a patch on the inside. If you can drain the tank yourself and clean it, this will save you a large amount of money, and trained welders charge around $50-75 an hour., not including a show up fee.</description>
