homeowners insurance?
Hi everyone – I’m not sure if anyone can help me, but I thought I’d ask here…
I’m in school and an artist (in CA) a new project I’m working on depicts the recent wildfires and the people dealing with the aftermath (the good the bad and the ugly)
I had the idea of one of the structures of the piece being a home, but made out of strips from a homeowners insurance policy (paper mache of sorts) HOWEVER – I don’t own a home (literal starving artist here) and really don’t know anyone who does -
sooo, I was wondering if anyone who has a home and a policy, or an insurance agent even, would be willing to scan and e-mail me a policy (important info blacked out obviously) or if it is a blank form, watermarked up the hilt to ensure it can’t be utilized in any other manner…so that I can complete my vision…
I’d like to be able to duplicate it and cut strips so that when people look at this part of the structure, they will know and understand the meaning of the strips…if your/the policy has a clause about fire damage, even better…
my e-mail is marieofmanycolors@yahoo.com if anyone is willing to help me out.
thanks why am I here – but can you provide a link you are talking about? I tried to google as you suggested, I’m getting a lot of descriptions of what it is and links for quotes, but no forms…

do a google search for “HO1″ (Home owners 1), there you find a number of links to policies. Most are generic with only the first page having any kind of personal info.
(There is also HO2, HO3)
