Why not just call your existing insurance company and ask? Simply tell them you are considering the purchase but have not done so.

All you need to do is factor in the cost of the hot tub and add it to your dwelling coverage. a couple of thousand dollars with probably make pennies of a difference.
The only thing that should change is the liability. You might want to protect yourself against a tragedy should a guest ever get injured. this also makes very little monetary increase.

As far as the baby goes, just be careful. Unfourtunately injuries to yourself and family are not covered.

That is definitely an question to ask your agent. However, if it is properly protected (i.e. locked fence), the rate should not increase much or if at all. There may be a liablity issue out of this. Just make sure you have enough liability insurance to cover an accident. Medical bills add up fast and wage garnishment is their next option. We just upped our liability to $300,000 from $100,000 for only $36 more a year. It definitely bought piece of mind.

Our insurance changed based on having a new computer - and having two chow dogs, etc...

Every insurance company is different and will quote you different rates.

Grab the yellow pages, and let your fingers do the walking, dear one. ...Just make sure to put up a SERIOUS locking gate to keep your kids out when you aren't watching. Child drownings are in the media far too often. Protect your loved ones.

Peace and good luck.
