How big is the average house? How do you average Cape Cod with Holden?

    You can’t.

Outside of coastal properties, if you’re at least 20 miles inland, and not on the cape, I’d expect you to pay somewhere between $500 and $1500 for house insurance, unless you have a really old house, a rental, or a house larger than 1200 square feet.
