If you buy a double wide mobile home, do you get regular house insurance?

When you purchase, they will provide insurance companies that specifically insure mobile homes. They are insured differently since they are not attached to land. Also, earthquake (here in CA) is specifically written out of insurance, since it is so difficult to know if it will affect the MH and to what extent.
