    I’ve been told by adjusters that its not only the amount of the claim but more often the number of claims and frequency that will make your premiums increase or even cancellation. One claim may or may not make it increase. Your previous history will also play a part. Depends on whether you have the available cash to fix it or whether you want to play the odds with the insurance co. Best of luck

    If that’s your first claim in the past five years, likely it won’t go up – it’s probably be classified as a “cat” claim.

    Ask your agent, though, to be sure.

    Mine didn’t but I don’t live in a house.Sorry I hope its not to bad. We get hell damage around here every day with these two teen aged boys.HAHA.
