		<description>Within most companies they offer several levels of insurance.  For instance if you are willing to have a larger deductible or less items covered you can get lower rates.   They sometimes also give you a discount because you have been with them several years or you include your car insurance with them or you have a newer home or security or such.  But I have never seen then negotiate and offer the exact same coverage to two identical types of customers for two different prices.</description>
