Are you serious??? Your daughter was raped, and you’re concerned about the teachers home owners insurance??? Get her into good counseling and don’t make her relive this horror by being stupid
is this a joke no why would they be responsible in any way sue the ********* that ***** her. geeze get some common sense here.!!
why dont u care about charging teh criminial?
Has to be a joke! I would more worry about my daughter’s well being before anything else!
Has the ****** been convicted of the crime? I’m sorry this happened to your child, but without a conviction, the insurance may not pay out for this.
It’s all about the money isn’t, I bet your American.
If your daughter was ***** then you have a lawyer appointed for the case?
Why not let him decide about this instead of asking a million people who don’t know.
Sure if you want to use insurance in the unscrupulous manner it was
not designed for. We all know the categories. Chasing ambulances,
falling in supermarkets, Go ahead make money anyway you can and
raise the rest of our rates. Who cares you got yours.
ahhhhhhhh. don’t u think you should be worried more about prosecuting the perpetrator and after that then seek civil damage.
Homeowner insurance mostly covers natural disaster and some of them is spelled out so their won’t be any confusion also burglary but they don’t usually cover physical harm.
Well, you need good counselling for your own well being and upliftment, we will take care of your daughter and the ****** will be prosecuted by the law enforcing agencies. Pls. does take it otherwise, are you the one involved in **** of your daugher for getting money from different sources.
were they responsible for daughters safety? someone decided to sue some mall after they were attacked in a robbery. the mall was responsible for their safety.
Possibly. However you need to better state your objective and was it statutory **** (a man having *** with a willing babysitter) or **** forced by threat of violence. And has the man been convicted or is he still awaiting trial? Do you need money for medical or mental health costs etc.
This page should help you get a better grasp on your question.
You cannot sue the attacker individually (per a 2000 Supreme Court ruling), so I doubt that a lawsuit could be brought against the insurance company.
You might be able to, but I don’t think it would be ethical. And a college education isn’t going to “make up” for what happened to her, or you. Do your best to move on and help your daughter move on. Dwelling on it, and getting involved in a nasty lawsuit against someone who was not the attacker, is not going to help her move on with her life, nor will it make her back any of the friends. I’m really sorry that this happened to her.
WOW you sure do shame the human race……and tell your daughter to get good grades and she’ll get money for college, don’t exploit her **** for monetary gain.
By google to collect some related information or you may try using answer engines like yahoo answer or yedda.com to get some related ideas.nonetheless,If you prefer some direct resource, here is a good one from my own experience.
Jennifer,
Berfore thniking about the money, think about your daughter. She probally “fell in love” with him just because thats how every **** case is. Theres probaly alot that you dont know about the situation that only your daughter and him know about. You should talk to her and comfort her until everything calms down. 9 years us an awful long time and even though she dosnt act like it bothers her, i bet its killing her inside. So please reply to me.
Thanks
NO don’t worry about college.MAKE your daughter feel better before worrying about COLLEGE.
GEEZ!
